In this site you will obtain all the information you need to properly install and configure your computer, so that the digital certificate that was saved to your smartcard, and given to you by the Registration Authority, works the way it's supposed to.

Our aim is to provide you with the necessary support to install the required drivers, so that you encounter no problems when using all digital signature services available country wide.
Once you've installed the drivers and configured your computer, you are welcome to verify that your certificate works well, using the tools provided in this website.

“If you obtained or renewed your Digital Signature after September 13, 2019, please proceed to download the latest software, if you renewed it or simply want to have the most up-to-date software, please proceed to perform the software update in windows going to the Installers Download section and following the following manual.”

“If you have a MAC device with macOS Catalina 10.15 some programs have changed their functionality due to Apple's own modifications, to verify the changes necessary to use the digital signature, you must first perform the software update by going to the Installers Download section and entering our User manual in case of doubts or problems with the process, contact 2528-4949. As an additional point it is important to note that it is not recommended to have Catalina version 10.15.1 installed, this due to its security protocols, it is recommended to install version 10.15.2 or later.
